The Super Avana pill is taken 5-10 minutes before sexual intercourse orally with a glass of water. The effect is felt after 10-15 minutes. After taking this drug, a man will be able to have sexual intercourse for 6 hours. However, the effect of Dapoxetine weakens after 3-4 hours. It is possible to take a second portion of medication only after 24 hours.
